Scott and Kat Stellern’s almost one-year old daughter passed away recently. Harper Ann Stellern was born prematurely and spent several months in the NICU before coming home.
Scott, past Fluor TMs Club President and a speech contestant at the district level several years ago, said his family truly be honored and blessed by the presence of anyone who wishes to attend her memorial.
