Congratulations! You Did It! All the pats on the back have been handed out, and you have even been recognized at one of the District meetings. What we're talking about, of course, is you have achieved your first CTM. Wht a wonderful accomplishment. Now What? You know, of course, that the next step on your path to seccess is to start working on your ATM's. There is a way to accomplish this at a different level than your home club meetings - JOIN AN ADVANCED CLUB! Throughout District 58, there are advanced clubs available to those Toastmasters who are on an achievement-oriented path. The two newest of these clubs are in the upstate area - one in Greenville and one in Spartanburg. The advanced clubs are for those more experienced speakers (and those who want to become more experienced) and they offer the opportunity to get different evaluations, learn better listening slills, and work with other Toastmasters who are career driven to excel.
