- Minimum of four club officers trained each of two training periods
- One semiannual membership report and one club officer list submitted on time
Achieve 9 out of 10 goals to be a President's Distinguished Club. Achieve 7 out of 10 goals to be a Select Distinguished Club. Achieve 5 out of 10 goals to be a Distinguished Club.
In addition to completing DCP goals, Clubs must end the year with 20 members or have a net growth of 5 new members.
