Renew Club Dues Online

I want to let you know what is happening with dues renewals for the upcoming dues period. We have previously sent a flyer to club presidents with their January DCP mailing. The flyer advertised the possibility of paying dues online.

The actual dues invoices will be mailed this coming week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (districts not assigned to regions go first, followed by districts in regions) and will include a hard copy of the flyer attached to this email. It is hopefully self-explanatory. Questions should be referred to Robert Ayala here at WHQ at extension 208. Email inquiries should be directed to Renewals@Toastmasters.org

When a club pays online they will get an email confirmation. We have not provided the option of an email going to the District Governor, but the receipt of the club's renewal will be reflected on the dues renewal status report within one business day after they submit online.

Important - do not call the finance department or send emails to "finance@toastmasters.org." With our re-organization of departments, all membership and renewal questions are handled in our member services department. Robert is the supervisor and reports to Darci Maenpa as the manager. Darci's phone extension is 265 and her email is DMaenpa@Toastmasters.org

We are looking forward to a much smoother process during this renewal period and are committed to processing renewals in a timely fashion. The online submission will greatly expedite this. Please use every means at your disposal to encourage as many clubs as possible to utilize this option.
