What else can I learn?

Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)
TLI is presented by the District twice a year, Summer and Winter training. Typically they are done in July and January. The District, at its discretion, will offer makeup classes for those who cannot attend on the designated day of training.

Conferences

In addition to TLI, Toastmasters across the state have more opportunities to learn at the Fall and Spring Conferences. Conferences feature special guests from beyond our district borders. During conferences the District often hosts former World Champions of Public Speaking and International Directors both of whom epitomize excellent communication and leadership skills within our organization. Join the exciting speakers and guests and expand your horizons.

Spring Conference

April 24 - 26, 2009 | District 58 Spring Conference
District 58's Spring Conference will be held April 24th through April 26th in Columbia, SC. Join us for an exciting time to network, meet friends and learn. And who can forget the 2009 District 58 International Speech Championship and the District 58 Table Topics Contest.

Fall Conference

October 2009 | District 58 Fall Conference
District 58's Fall Conference will be held in October. The Fall Conference features the Humorous Speech Contest and the Evaluation Contest.
