Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)

Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) provides leadership training for club officers in sessions conducted by proven successful leaders. Everyone considering leadership roles in their club can gain valuable insight into the different club officer roles. All Toastmasters and guests are encouraged to attend and become familiar with how you can lead your club to success.

TLI training for club officers is offered twice each Toastmaster year.

Summer TLI (June – August 31)
Winter TLI (December – February 28).

During TLI, club officers learn how to perform their duties effectively and discuss what works well in growing a healthy club with other club officers. Additional workshops offer opportunities for improving individual communication and leadership skills for personal growth, as well as a chance to network with Toastmasters from around the state.

TLIs are fun-filled events where Toastmasters members and leaders enjoy camaraderie and excellent educational sessions. This is an important event in making the Toastmasters program the best training path in public speaking and leadership skills.
